COLLABORATIONS

Peter enjoys to share his know-how. That's why he offers various collaboration formats for partners from industry in addition to running his INN2.BIZ blog. 

Peter offers keynotes, workshops, and coachings of internal project teams:

Keynotes:

(Relatively) Short and inspiring talks on innovation-related topics, full new ideas, examples, and easy-to-apply take-aways. A keynote is the thing to do if you want to:

- raise awarness for,

- foster interest in, and

- create enthusiasm for

a specific innovation topic or simply

- introduce a new perspective to your organization.

Workshops:

The workshops offered by Peter usually range from 0.5 to 3 day programs during which the participants get to know state-of-the-art instruments and methods. However, learning about a new instrument is not enough, thus, participants will usually be encouraged to apply their newly acquired know-how. Those workshops are for you if you want to:

- provide your employees/managers with the opportunity to acquire new skills and know-how, and

- get innovation projects jump-started within your organization.

Coachings:

Coachings are a perfect means of supporting (new) innovation projects on a continuous basis. During such projects, Peter's role is the one of a sparring partner and coach: He provides feedback on the work done and results achieved and helps in the process of planning the next steps.
